How many calories a day should I be eating?

I'm a female, 19 years old, 5'10, and 180 pounds. I want to work my way down to 140 pounds eventually, but definitely want to do it in the healthiest way possible and without cutting out too many calories. I am going to be jogging about 3 miles a day, and will also be doing 30 minutes of Pilates daily (there will also be weight-training at the gym, but I'm not sure if that requires that much caloric intake).

So, given all of that information and that I want to lose weight at a reasonable pace, about how many calories should I be eating a day?
