how is my diet for today.. breakfast was a bowl of total with walnuts and 2...

...percent milk. lunch is seafood? salad with wheat melba toast and a powerade and dinner is chicken fajita with bell peppers avocados with light sour cream and cheese? im trying to lose 50 pounds before the end of the summer
