can you please critique my diet, I'm trying to lose weight, I'm 22 yr old, 6

feet, 210 lbs? I do 45 min of cardio 5-6 days w eek and lift weights, is this a good diet though, this is what I ate yesterday

Meal #1 - 6 egg whites(1 yolk)
1/2 cup oatmeal
banana
meal #2 - turkey on a wheat pita, with a little honey mustard lettuce and swiss cheese
meal #3 - same as meal 2
meal #4 - chicken w.brown rice and a sald
meal #5 - 1 scoop whey protein w/ 1 cup of milk and strawberries

I eat these meal about 2 and a half hours apart
