| As a type 2 diabetic, im still not eating as heathy as I should be. I also cant afford to go to a dietician.? So with that said, I'd like to know what others eat to keep their sugar levels in check. Daily meals? Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? Snack? Daily exercise routine? Recipes? Give me some of your Ideas where I can build off of. When i go food shopping, I honestly dont know what's best then end up getting what I usually get.      |
