I like to run/jog and play Dance Dance Revolution. It also helps to eat smaller portions.
Big portions in the morning and smaller into the night as you would work off the food during the day.
You can also train your stomach. Like if you eat too much, your stomach stretches to accomodate your food, but if you eat less, you wouldn't feel as hungry as often.

Hop on a exercising bike do 8 second of fast work and 12 seconds of moderate. Repeat for 20 min. Women who do this loose more weight from their legs and butt, then women who ride at a moderate pace for 40 min. Do this 5-6 days per week. Keep calories between 1450-1500 per day(healthy calories) Drink lots of water. You can replace this occasionally with cardio and overall stay active during the day and get AT LEAST! 8 hours of sleep. Also keep stress down the absolute best that you can.
I did this and I lost 10 lbs. in about 3 weeks, and I look great and I'm SO proud of my self! :-)

just eat small meals and lower ur calorie intake and u shud b fine. a little exercise nevr hurt anyone. good luck!! =)
