| Hop on a exercising bike do 8 second of fast work and 12 seconds of moderate. Repeat for 20 min. Women who do this loose more weight from their legs and butt, then women who ride at a moderate pace for 40 min. Do this 5-6 days per week. Keep calories between 1450-1500 per day(healthy calories) Drink lots of water. You can replace this occasionally with cardio and overall stay active during the day and get AT LEAST! 8 hours of sleep. Also keep stress down the absolute best that you can. I did this and I lost 10 lbs. in about 3 weeks, and I look great and I'm SO proud of my self! :-) |
