| 1600 calories, work out, can i still lose weight?

17 yr old girl.
If I work out (run 1.5 miles, 200+ crunches, 80 legs, 40 arms, other exercises/strengthening for whole body) almost every day...except days like the past two when i have been too incredibly sore to work out...and i eat about 1600 calories a day. can i still lose some weight? 5 pounds at the most? or do i need to do something else..
i honestly eat really really healthy. snacks no more than 100 calories, carrots, lots of fruit, whole grains, wheat, low fat/low cal everything. i mean, i do eat right. i have a lot of protein and carbs. i just dont really really feel like ive lost any weight (I am not allowed to weigh myself because of my past struggles with an eating disorder), i just want to feel better about myself.
i mainly want to tone up. which is why i exercise.ijust dont feel a difference. ive been working out for about a 1.2 months.and the past week ive actually been doing it hard
what am i doing wrong?
