Diet & Exercise Help!!!?

I have 2 children and am trying to lose the weight that came with them. One of them is a special needs child and takes all of my energy every day. I try to eat right, its rare that you see me eating pizza, chips or drinking soda. I eat a lot of weight watchers lunches and never fry anything i eat. I boil most my food or bake it. I work out a few times a week, but i dont have the time. Most say that and really do, but i REALLY dont. I'm up at 6am and bed at 12 or 1am..my child takes a lot from me. I can fit in about 15 min every few days and when i play with my kids i try and do things that make me work out as well..like lift them with my legs and play airplain..and such..i'm just so lost..nothing is working. ANY ideas..i mean ANY!! I'm looking for a specific diet or even a pill even though i hate that thought. Im just sick of being this size..i'm about 30 lbs over what my weight should be. Please help.(p/s..not a lot of money to buy special things, has to be food my family can eat too)
