| Teenager Diet?
I'm a 13 yr. old. female, I'm NOT under or overweight i've just been looking fat/chubby/flabby around my stomach lately. I'm thinking over dieting for about 1 to three weeks, and hoping to lose around 6- lbs at the least (as i said) i started yesterday and ran a lap around my development (about 0.8 of a mile, and i was beat!) i do dance twice a week i eat whatever i want i'm not a fan of deli meat i love grilled chicken salads good, but i only like cucmbers,lettuce and i use 2 much dressing i love watermelon, yellow apples, brocoli, cauliflower, lettuce, clemintines and green grapes i loveeeeee breads. it's my weakness also cookie dough icream is too can you create it? i go to school ovb. so dont make outrageous plans and to whoever read this WHole thing! THANK YOU! IM DESPERATE p.s. i hate water except for occasional fiji, love milk and pom teas ok |

ok well just keep running and cut out the icecream to very limited times. make it ur reward. i'm 13 to so i know wat u taking bout. o and it's not that hard i lost 5 pounds in 3 days. i know i know thats not heathly but it worked didn't it.
