| Question About Calories??? Just a quick question about calories and such. I am 21, 5'4, and about 180lbs...which isn't exactly healthy. I've been looking up information on diets and losing wieght healthly. I just want to know on average how many calories do I use each day just doing regular activities like eating, sleeping, etc. and if I will be consuming about 1,000-1,200 calories per day, would I be able to lose wieght gradually without having to exercise. Eventually I will get into an exercise regime, but where I live it's still winter and I don't want to shell out the extra cash yet to go to a gym. Thank you guys for your help! |
