| fitness and diet experts please help!!! im desperate? well im a girl and im 16 year old 5'1 and 140 pounds i know i'm over wieght for my age and height. I would really appreciate it if you guys would help me. If you can give me a daily meal plan and exercise plan that would be really helpfull and anyother info on loseing weight. lots of points to the best answer how do you give others pionts??? how much points are you alowed to give? i will give as many points as i can to the best answer |

| 1. Eat five to six times a day. 2. Limit your consumption of sugars and processed foods. 3. Eat fruits and vegetables throughout the day. 4. Drink more water and cut out calorie-containing beverages (beer, soda, etc.). 5. Focus on consuming lean proteins throughout the day. 6. Save starch containing foods until after a workout or for breakfast. Do that plus some cardio. Anything from jump rope to running should work. Many people think that if they workout and eat crap that can lose weight. However; diet trumps workouts. If you eat clean and exercises those pounds should come off. |
