Does anyone know Jessica Simpson's workout/diet plan she did before the Dukes of

Hazard? before she had to wear the daisy dukes.
i remember reading in a magazine a long time ago that she was on a strict diet of lean meats and fruits and vegetables, and worked out for like 2 hours a day, but i'm not sure.
anyone know?
