Confused Dieter has a spectacular aura about
Is this an ok diet?

High school student btw so options for lunch are limited...
Whole wheat toast and one egg for breakfast
fruit for snack
natural peanut butter sandwich on whole wheat for lunch
smart start cereal with soy milk and a banana for snack
and chicken breast/salmon and vegetables for dinner
I also throw in a fruit or veggie if i feel a little hungrier

i would suggest not eating the yolk in the egg. much less cholesterol/calories... try to remove it if possible. and remember the portion of meat should be about the portion of the palm of your hand. otherwise, that is a perfect diet! just remember to throw in excercise and you'll be great.

Yes, i think it's a good diet but for lunch u should try to eat meat or stuff like that.
u can search diets online and that will be much better.
