months or 3? I run on my treadmill for my workout and stuff but it took me almost a year to lose 20lbs and my goal now is to lose atleast 15 more and I'm tired of the long process. What should I do to get rid of my love handles,chubby cheeks,and big arms while trying to get a firm butt?

I truly think its an old wive's tale to suggest that any pill can cause weight loss. The reality is that anything you want to be successful in takes passion. It takes determination. It takes the strongest desire to be successful. I smoked for 13 years, and by the time I quit I was smoking 3 packs a day (no lie). When I was finally successful I wanted it more than anything. I developed a habit to smoke, and I needed to develop a habit to not smoke. It was difficult, but the WANTING was the secret that drove my DOING which made stopping a reality.

losing weight STARTS IN THE KITCHEN. no matter how much you run and workout, if your diet is not sufficient your wasting your time. and a pill isnt just gonna magically make you lose weight. but with hard work, dedication, excercise, AND A GOOD DIET you will lose weight. the only pill i know of is hydroxycut
