Is this a good start for my diet/excersize plan?

I weigh 127 pounds. I want for go down to 115.
I started my diet with this
walking 1 mile a day.
keeping my body moving as much as I can (taping foot when I'm sititng down, doing next exercises and suck. Just when i am just being lazy and laying aroud)
Doing the laying down bike exercise for about 10 menuit.
FOOD:
half a cup of corn
ground been and potatos
1-2 cups of fruit
half a bagel with average calory cream cheese (not to high not to low)
1 bowl of honey toast crunch cereal
Is this good?
How long do you think it would take for me to loose the wight I want to if I can keep this up?
