Dieticians, weight loss experts. How many calories a day should I eat?

I am a 5'10" , 235lbs female that is determined to get this weight off!! No more babies, and I'm a few years from 30. I have recently started walking 3.5 miles a day with some light jogging in spurts. I would like to lose around 10 lbs a month, for the next three months. My goal is to be less than two hundred come my anniversary June 24th. I was wondering if there is some sort of calorie formula to tell me how many calories that I should limit myself to in a day, so that I can see some results. I've nevver counted calories before, and the only other time I lost weight was with bad diet pills. Is there any supplemants that I should be taking?
