How can i cancel my FITNESS USA membership?

Fitness USA is not a good service they are terrible especially the FEE and they tell all lied information, ive been trying to cancel my membership because. i need to go in my country because my mother is sick and i have to go as soon as possible! and i call this manager that i need to cancel my membership because. i need to go my country and she said we need your address the place where you move, id, and testimony! i said WHAT?and i need to go there and signed some forms and i told why should i need to do that? its ugggh why they want to know your PRIVATE information.i saw a lot of complaint in internet and i heard a lot of complaint to this company! this is not right! u need to obey those people that they want to cancel their membership! what if they dont have a money to afford to pay your FEES? they been trying and trying to cancel hope u guys understand this situation if want you want to have better company try to do the right way not to see people complain! why this company gave us a hard time to cancel? but its easy to get our money! and im still upset because my membership is still active they dont wanna let me GO! even thou i dont have money in my bank account they dont listen and they doesnt care on situation, the only thing they want is your MONEY! if somebody read this pls. help me how to cancel my membership! i really appreciate it!
