hows my diet for the day? breakfast was a bowl of special k with walnuts...

...and an apple..lunch is a turkey and? pepper jack chesse sandwich with light mayo and creole mustard on whole wheat bread with a light lemonade..for a snack i am having some roasted garlic hummus on wheat melba toast..and for dinner i am having hamburgersteaks with brown fravy and mushrooms(made with lean beef) small servings of mash potatoes and a salad with avocados in it with light italian dress.. with a glass of crystal light lemonade?
