| How many calories/carbs/protein are in 1 cup of cooked Barilla Plus Penne pasta? I have searched all over the internet to find the answer to this question, but the nutrition information is only for the uncooked. The box doesn't give you any information about making conversions either. Just in case anyone else is looking for the same information, I did all of the measuring myself and am providing the nutritional breakdown here. 1/2 cup of uncooked Barilla Plus penne makes 1 cup cooked. So for 1 cup of the cooked pasta it is 8.5g(protein), 185 (calories), 1.5g(fat), 33.5g(carbs) Hope this helps someone else looking for the same information.      |
