Did I Eat Way Too Much Today? I'm Not On A Diet But I Am Curious...?

Here's what I've eaten in the last 24 hours...

-2 oranges
-3 90 cal. granola bars
-small dish of mac n cheese
-1 med-big plate of spaghetti

Is this normal or am I beginning to binge eat again??

I've had eating disorders for a long time (8 years old - 17 years old....binge, bulimia, anorexia) but usually they start out subconsciously so I'm just trying to keep myself in check. I don't want my weight to roller coaster again.

Is there any way to check how many calories I should be eating daily?

Umm that's not a lot..but I think you should just eat normal meals between 300-400 calories each. With a serving of vegetables at each meal. Just eat healthily and learn good eating habits..
