| uhhh, exercise + diet but NOT LOSING? i've been exercising and dieting since feb. i originally lost about 5-8 lbs. then went on spring break, then came back and ate like crap and gained ALL the weight back. a week and half ago i started from square one BUT i haven't lost ANYTHING. i workout almost everyday doing cardio (30-40 mins HIGH intensity) and i lift wegihts 3x a week. for meals i eat an apple for breakfast or eggs, ALWAYS salad for lunch and then a sadwich or chicken or fish for dinner. i also eat nuts, string cheese, veggies/hummus, etc. for snacks. WHAT'S GOING ON? how come i'm not losing anymore? what should i do now??? |
