best diet pill?

i need to lose 35 pounds to be at the right weight for my height. which diet pill is the best, how did it work for you, was it expensive, and how much physical activity did you do/what did you eat while taking this diet pill. PLEASE people who have actually experienced the pill that they are recommending answer. thanks!

I bought the diet pill Proactol, after seing a friend of mine loosing 30 pounds in 2 1/1 months. She didn't experience any side effects at all, and was still eating the same as before.
