| People who know about diet and fitness please read!? Ok so im on a diet. Going well so far! lost 10 pounds. Last night i feel like i had a HUGE DOWN FALL. I came home and i was so hungry that i sort of binged out and eat 500 extra calories!!!! I need to know what i can do to not have that show up on the scale. Do you think it ruin my efforts of losing 2 pounds this week?? And also for excersising today. Should i do my workout video that tones my abs, butt, thighs. Or should i do some cardio? Either hip hop dancing or the elpitical. I dont know what is better to try to get weight off i just ate. And yesterday my totally daily calorie intake was 1700. When i Normally eat 1200. So today should i only eat about 1000? So that by tomorrow it should balance itself out, and then i wouldnt gain nothing extra?? please someone help me! I dont know what to do and im very depressed with myself for over eating! |
