| I just joined fitness first a coupl days ago. after my contract of 1 yr is it really hard to get out of it? ok so i guess i was a little too excited to join a gym and the fitness first is very close to my house which i thought will be very convenient. i signed a contract right away for a one year membership. it says that it will go on until i decide to cancel it. i shouldve researched more about the problems people are having about gym cancellations..but i guess i was too naive! im worried now..i am willing to fulfill my one year membership however, next year if i decide i dont want to be a member anymore will it be a process ill regret?? it says that i will have to let them know a month in advance. if i do everything im supposed to ie., followed the contract of paying a year, let them know in advance, and send a letter, are they allowed to not terminate my membership? im so confused |
