| Diet advice needed URGENTLY!!!?
Ok.. so I'm 16 years old, I am 5'10 and I weigh 195ibs... I know that people weigh more if they are taller but I don't feel comfortable in my body as I still have fat bits - like my stomach and my thighs are my most hated areas...
So yeah.. does anyone have any diet and excercise tips that will help me lose about 50ibs in 83 days? (thats when Im going home for a reunion and I want to look my best..) I know I probably wont lose that much weight but I still want to lose some..
