is this ok for a diet? i recently bought a dress for my prom. it's a size 6 and fits me well, however i am concerned that if i put on weight i will not fit into it. (the prom is in 3 months) i was wondering if thiss diet would work: breakfast - banana and no fat yoghurt lunch - hot cross bun or 1 piece of bread and fruit dinner - low fat home made meal today i stuck to this except i had a handful of lollies. i now feel a bit guilty and wondering what to do to burn off the sugar fast. please give me some feedback on the foodplan and lolly splurge thanks!

If you burn as many calories as you take in then you shouldn't gain any weight. If you change your diet and eat less then you normally do then you may lose weight and your dress can be to big for you then. If you have been the same weight for a while then I think you should just continue your normal diet and you should be fine.

I would actually add 3 more snacks in between those meals and and cut the carbs off after 6 p.m. unless you workout around that time. The goal here is not to starve your body. You would want to keep in fat burning mode, not fat storing mode. By eating small meals every 2 hours you put your body into fat burning mode. Good luck as far as the lollies go, well idk..
