| whats a good diet for me to get bigger.? im 200 pounds , and i work out every other day . is ther snyone that has a great diet plan through out the day, and a good pre work out and post work out.
this is what i have been eatingso far.
in the morning a bowl of oatmeal
two hours later yogurt and some peanuts
luch time i get some pasta with prego sauce and tuna
two hours later another yogurt and peanuts
two hours from the before i work out a glass of not fat milk and and tuna sandwich , 15 min from that some stretching an dthen off to working out. threw out my session i stretch. after working out i eat some salom, brown rice, and a bake potato or some type off veggy. that end my day at 9 oclock andi eat a snack like an apple or something before bed thats around 10 oclock. threw all this i dont go to the gym only in my house will push ups dips and things like that . no weights but i feel i should because i dont think im working my whole body with the excerises that im doing |
