claudeswife has a spectacular aura about
Any fitness experts or trainers in here?

Do you think this was a healthy day?

I overdid it a little bit at breakfast because I was hungry, so I had two bowls of Life cereal with 2% milk- about 500 calories

For lunch I had a ham sandwich on whole wheat with one teaspoon mayo and 1 slice of lowfat cheese, two slices of tomato. and a snack pack of Baked Lays-about 440 calories

For supper I had two servings of grilled salmon, and a salad made with tomatoes, raisins, almonds, and red leaf lettuce with lowfat honey mustard-about 460 calories.

Plus I had 48 ounces of water and I did 15 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of cardio. I was sweatin my butt off literally.
So I had 1340 calories total today, WHY AM I SO FRICKEN HUNGRY???
I want to eat something!!

I'm 38 years old, 5'7 and 190 pounds.
How many calories should I be having daily-please don't tell me calories aren't important, I know that calories out has to be greater than calories in to lose weight.
yuck, can't handle skim and the family absolutely REFUSES to switch. Same with mayo, that's why I use very little, like a teaspoon if even that much. I have to find ways to cut calories elsewhere.
