A QUESTION ABOUT MY DIET, AND ABOUT MY LIFE, PLEASE HELP Me!!?

Hi, I am 13 years old. I am 5"1, and I weigh 105 pounds. I am trying to loose 10 pounds. I don't like my life, and I don't know what to do! Like I am always tired, and I don't know how I keep going.
Wake up: 6:50 am
Breakfast: nothing, it makes me sick if i eat in the morning
Lunch: a protein bar, and a propel
School: 8:15am- 2:35pm
Drive an hour to gymnastics
snack: normally some fresh fruit
Go to gymnastics from 5pm-9pm
Drive an hour home from gymnastics, and get home at 10:15
Dinner- normally like a plain bagel and a diet coke
Come home, do homework, and I normally get to bed at 12:30 at night..
Is there any way I can not be so tired all the time? This is what I do from Monday-Friday. Please help me! I want your advice!!

First off I would say you don't really need to lost weight. Secondly that is a lot of stuff for a 13 year old. Maybe you could cut down on some things. For instance, do you have to spend that long in Gymnastics? you really need a break. And you definetly need to go to bed earlier. you are just working yourself too hard.!!

You are mad for dieting so young... why does it matter so much what you weigh? You are nowhere near overweight, not at all. You wish to spend your life worrying about how you look and then one day realise you have wasted it?

Forget losing 10Ibs, don't be so silly.

You do gymnastics..that keeps you fit

Your diet is terrible, it is no wonder you feel tired.
Try and eat some fruit for breakfast.
Start eating a proper lunch and a proper dinner and you might start to have some energy.

Eating so little will just make you use up energy less and you will end up gaining weight as your body clings onto everything.

I suggest you read up on nutrition and healthy diet and consider aiming to be healthy, rather than aiming to be skinny and tired and sickly.

You are probably tired all the time because your body is not getting enough fuel and enough vitamins. At 13 years old, you need more nutrients and protein to fuel your growing body. Add that to an active lifestyle with the gymnastics and you'll find that you body just isn't getting enough food. For your height an adult with a small frame would be between 106 to 118 pounds. Rather than saying you need to lose more weight, try eating smaller, healthier meals throughout the day so that you have more energy and are getting more nutrients. A plain bagel and a diet coke for dinner just isn't going to make you feel good and won't help your body in the long run.
