How many calories does this burn?

1000 sit ups
500 leg lifts
500 tricept lifts
500 jumping jacks
500 side kicks
and 800 punches..
i'm not saying that i did that I am just wondering,
and i don't need any lectures. please help and i dont want you to just make it up.

depends how long it takes. 1 hr of exercise usually burns 300-500 calories.
from that list i think that much exerices would take a couple of hours.

You could try this link, it works out how many calories you burned according to the type of exercise, your weight etc. http://www.internetfitness.com/calculators/calburncalc.htm I hope you aren't anorexic, these numbers are extreme and hopeless for building muscle. If you want good abs then 3 sets of say 15 really slow, deliberate, small crunches will work better than rocking up and down a thousand times which will end up burning muscle. If you want to burn calories you need to run, walk, swim, cycle, dance.

We can't just break down how many each burn, because it depends on a persons weight and the duration.
