well, it depends on how much you consume, except for the water. water has no calories.

Apple jacks for about a cup is around 140 calories. I have no idea how much soy milk is... I'd say 120 a cup? The tofu and steamed vegetables would be next to none. Just to be safe I'd say it is about 150. The sandwitch is MAYBE 300. At the absolute MOST. (just because the dressing) The banana isn't too much either maybe 75. So you did VERY well today!! I'd say you ate around 800-900 calories at the most. But you probably ate less than that.
