Diet help??

Does anyone know any websites with diets that will make me super-duper healthy? I don't want to lose weight, I just want to be as healthy as possible. Any tips, websites, ect.??

okay, well just by growing up in a healthy environment, what i usually do is write down what i eat, not to count calories, but to make sure i know what im eating and to know if its healthy or not before i put it into my mouth. also, i eat a serving of fruit with every meal. be sure to drink about 55-65 oz. of water every day as well. lean meats, such as turkey, whole grains, such as natural wheat bread, green vegetables such as broccoli and asparagus have the GOOD kind of carbs and energy to keep you fueled and optimistic throughout the day. also, when you eat out, ask the chef to cook the meal with a little bit of olive oil instead of aa whole lotta butter. get your calcium in by drinking skim milk, and treat yourself with dark chocolate(full of antioxidants) every once in a while! hope this helped!
