| Curves (the fitness club)?
does Curves accept members who are under 18? and what's the approximate cost? and also, I heard that Curves is only for starters because their program is laid back and not vigorous at all, but I'm not a beginner at exercising, so do you think it'd be a waste of time for me to join Curves? I mean, does it actually give you results?

No you don't have to be 18. The center that I go to has lots of young teens in it. The cost when I signed up ( 8 months ago in Canada) was $99 to register and then its $39.95 a month. The first few months you don't lose weight but you will lose inches and then the weight will start coming off. Its a circuit so the harder you work the more you lose but you can set your own pace. I enjoy it |
