| I broke my diet...AGAIN!!!!:...(?
I'm trying to take off these annoying 8 lbs for summer but I can't stop eating!!! I can go for about 3-4 days alright, but then I over eat on the fourth or fifth with LOADS! of cereal(honey bunches of ots), peanut butter, bread.. How can I stop? This weight loss is important to me but I just can't seem to stop these "every four day" cravings. On my "good girl days" I eat 1,500 calories(healthy ones) and then walk for about 30-40 minutes. <><><>And do you thing the days I do eat I will gain extra weight from? Please help |
