| Metabolism after dieting?
okay, so I lost weight after cutting my calories WAYY too low, but now that I'm to the weight that I want I'm scared that if I start eating what the calorie calculators have said is my daily caloric needs, I'll still gain weight like crazy. If you cut your calories way low and then go back to eating like you normally should, I figure you'll probably gain like a pound or two at first but will it eventually go back to normal or am I doomed to have a low metabolism of 1200 calories a day?!?!
