Umm... You are kind of young. But If you do want to lose weight try eating more fruits and veggies and cut back on the junk food. Also lift weights this is a good way to maintain the weight you are by losing fat and gaining muscle. So from the lifting weight weight approach I was 95 lbs. @10 so I started lifting weights and I lost my fat but I was only 2 lbs. lighter because I gained muscle. If you cant get weights or you don't have any you can also jog or walk. Now this will result in just weight loss and maybe a little muscle in the thighs but that is also a good way. Or you can get the best of both worlds by jogging while you have weights in your hands!

yeah, you are too young. if you are already thinking about dieting...you're making a bad choice. yes, it's always good to eat healthy but if you're cutting back calories to lose weight...is dangerous. you're at an age where you're going through puberty and growing. you will gain weight....and you will grow taller. but if you're already harming yourself witth dieting... you're gonna stunt your growth. there aren't diet plans recommended for 13 year olds or anyone udner 18 for that matter. live your life. you're so young and still a kid. be happy and just eat healthy. there's no reason for you to be dieting already. |

Teach your child the proper foods to eat and which ones not to eat. It's called parental training. If you are over weight the child probably will be also. Exercise and proper diet is the only answer. Along with discipline.
