So, I'm visiting my best friend who I haven't seen in 4 years and I'm leaving in late June. And I've kind of changed( I'm BIGGER ). My goal is to lose 40 pounds in 3 months. I'm a vegetarian if that helps, but can someone who has lost 40 pounds in 3 months give me the diet plan they used. And I will not use pills. Thanks in advance!

since youre vegetarian, you need to eat protein in another way other than meat...beans, lentils,tofu,soy.
cut salt it retains water and makes you bloat
exercise 30 minutes a day
DRINK WATER!!!
portion control...go on the minimeal diet...5-6 small meals every 3 hrs...it boosts metabolism and prevents overeating due to lack of hunger.
NO ALCOHOL! its liquid calories...no shakes or smoothies those are killer unless its pure fruit or veggie shakes!
cardio cardio cardio....and more cardio.
even with all this 40 lbs is too much for 3 months but its worth a try! just dont give up.

How old are you? Four factors that contribute to weight gain/loss. Metabolism, intake, activity, and predispostion. Look at all four.
