also about how many calories? are you supposed to have during your breakfast meal?

Hi-D has a spectacular aura about
try not to go over 300-400, studies show time and time again that proetin rich breakfast keep you full and focused longer, so eggs with whole grain toast patted with bit peanut butter, or jelly, or buy itself is a total power breakfst, drink with milk and your set, also oatmeal made with milk, topped with berries and walnuts is a fantastic breakfast
