| "Dieting" but always hungry?
I'm trying to lose around ten pounds (rather quickly) with diet and exercise. I've been eating healthfully and watching how many calories I intake but I'm always starving! Not even just hungry, nearly ravenous! I eat enough...over 1000 calories a day, are there any tricks (besides drinking loads of water b/c it doesn't work for me) to helping feel more full?
