| Starting a completely new Healthy Diet & Exercise Lifestyle-tips/help? My hubby & I aren't fat but, we have been eating really bad foods, and not working out. We are starting to feel very sluggish and jiggly. We just want to lose a couple pounds, get toned, & just feel healthy We want to start being healthy & fit again. Any tips on how to go about this? Where & how do we begin? Can I have a sample healthy diet & exercise plan? |
