| What are some alternative high blood pressure treatments that actually work? Vitamins, diet, therapy you name? it? wow thanks so much for all the answers everyone. Keep them coming. i think i will defintely get some garlic tablets/vitamins next time im shopping. Man I really hate beets. Now it sounds liek I have to eat them. EWWW! Maybe I can find a good recipe that can fix them. Or mix beat juice with another juice. I'm going to start eating my oatmeat again , maybe daily.      |
