| Does anything with low calories help lose weight? I heard a banana?
has around 100 calories, so this is bad for you?? Tonight, I ate a 100 calories banana, a 100 calories yogurt(lowfat), a mango, and a 6inch subway sub(with ham, wheat bread, pickles, cucumbers, olives, lettuce, a few slices of cheese). is this fattening? will i gain weight? but I exercised for an hour(jumproping)...please help
