When youeat something, it is so low in calories that it actually takes your body more energy to digest it then it is actually worth. For example, celery is a great negative calorie food at 7 calories per stick! (the big sticks, yeah). Mango isn't really a negative calorie food.... if you eat like 5 there is no way you are going to lose weight. The calories will just add up. No idea why some sites say that apples and magos and other fruits like that are negative calories.

Negative calories are a myth
The idea between negative calories is that when you eat a food it takes more energy to digest and break down the food than the energy that the food it contains

There are foods that are hard to digest, such as celery and some other veggies but they are not "negative" calories

A mango has 107 calories. Your body does not use that much energy or even anywhere close to it to break down foods.

107 calories is what you would burn after running for 15-20 minutes.
