calories and carbs for 14 year old girl?

i am 14, 5 ft 8, 123 pounds. i am trying to lose weight and slim down, how much calories and carbs should i have in one day?
i work out a lot, i love exercise! but i just want to slim down, and no i am not trying to get attention, i find this a serious problem

123 pounds? doesn't sound like you need to loose weight. I am 5'8 and 130 pounds and I am not overweight, and I am actually at my ideal weight. Plus you are 14 why do you feel like you need to be super skinny? If you are worried about looking fit maybe try exercising.

ur rely skinny but ok- heres wut i suggest-- 1200 calories max per day, its a challange but if u rely wanna lose weight its wut i suggest!!!

in all honesty you shouldnt be worried about this at 14
talk to a nutritionist at your local gym
eat at least 1000 calories a day
up to 1500.
dont worry too much about what the cals or carbs are
jsut think healthier
snack on fruits veggies and whole grains
make sure your meals are balanced
and do an adequate amount of working out
not too much
but maybe walk your neighborhood twice over
and do cardio and other such things liek squats and crunches and leg lifts
keep it comfortable though
if you overwork yourself you'll lose the muscle
and yes you'll slim, but you'll be flabby and it will be hard to tighten it up

its best to get a plan from a nutritionist though



and PLEASE do not do any of the crash dieting or fasts
trust me it leads to anorexia and other eating disorders
i have been hospitalized for an eating disorder and its taken me 4 years to recover
jsut becasue i wanted to "slim down"
make sure you're healthy and you'll not only lose weight, but its easier to keep it off

1200 - 1400 calories but do not be paranoid.. be more active.. and eat...
