What's wrong with my testicle skin?

I am really really embarrassed to ask about this, but I don't know where else to ask cause I have problems asking my doctorOk so what I want to ask about is the problem with my testicle skinIt's really dry and all red and it's sorta irritating, it's also kinda more shinny 2, it reminds me of a sun dried tomato if you know what I mean, it's been like that for about three days now and I don't like it at all I know it can't be a sexual disease because I have never had sex beforeDoes anyone know what is wrong or have any recommendations on how to treat it? Dont worry that happened to me before and it sometimes comes along very rarely so just put a little ointment and keep it clean and make sure you don't masturbate or you might irritate it more so keep it clean and if you don't see any improvement in the next few days or so just see a Dr. to make sure its nothing bad.

use hydro cortisone cream for a couple of days and see if this clears it up could just be skin rash you can get the cream over the counter any store use it twice a day am and pm use for 3 days it should clear up in not talk to dr

Go to a drugstore and get some spray for jock itch. You might have a fungus infection. This would help get rid of it.Otherwise.....I would go to the doctor. You don't want to mess with the future of your bag.

I agree. You NEED to go to the doctor. Don't be embarrassed; that's what the doctor is there for. This could be something serious, and it might get worse if you don't get it checked out.

To be completely honest and all jokes asidedont jack with soap, ANY kind of soap would cause that, use lotion insteadand try applying lotion to it everyday to moisturize the areai know exxactly what u mean, if u need more info AIM= afrocheesdog

There could be a few reasons. It might be your underwear doing it. Try a different type. Change the underwear often and make sure the washing powder used to clean them is for sensitive skin, even add a little fabric softener to the washing load so it doesn't irritate the skin down there when you've got them on. Go and buy an anti-itching cream and/or some moisturiser from a pharmacy and apply so that the testicles don't feel too dry, that should soothe the irritation. Try sleeping naked so you don't have fabric friction when you're in bed. These are things you can do subtly to try and treat it yourself. If all else fails and things don't go back to normal you can either live with it and hope it's nothing, or go see a doctor, I would recommend the latter.

if you feel itch over that area also then it may be lichen simplex chronicus. it is a psychological itch which can lead to some nodular shinning skin over multiple areas. better to seek advice from a dermatologist.
