Sorry for those people who say god "PLANS" things like preparing a army for the arrival of the anti-christ and false prophet and the beast. When he could destroy every last speck of evil in hell in a single thought. Is he being a drama queen by making a army? And yes god gave us free will. Also if we have free will, then we had the will to create a god by fiction. So made might as well have created god. Please don't argue the beginning of the universe was created by god because thats like saying where did god come from.

I have been reading a number of your questions and you are right when you say in your profile that you will ask hundreds of questions. Hundreds of boring, trite, repetitive questions. Do you think you are touching on something new? I could give you an answer such as God didn't 'invent' oil, rather, oil came about as the result of hundreds of millions of years of decaying fossils and man figured out that the by product could be used as a source of energy. But, that's not why you asked. You are not looking for a real answer. In fact, the glib tone of your questions lack insight and maturity. If you are over 20 ... no, I take that back. Oil comes from the plant life that was scrubbed off the earth during the flood and sucked into the earth when the waters receded back to their place. When water is allowed to leach away, we have coal. When water is not allowed to leach away and must interact, then we have oil. Oil is here because of the sins of man. You are running your SUV on people, animals and grass. It is on every continent. The only reason man fights over it is because of environmental nuts that worry about little mice or a caribou
