Dream Interpretation Fighting?

Normally I don't pay attention to my dreams because they're so infrequent and random, but recently I've be having reoccurring dreams about fighting people.
They are normally someone I know who I am friends with.
Every time I swing, for some odd reason, I can't throw any weight into the punch. The friend just laughs at me. Afterwards, I try to explain to someone else why I was fighting them but they are extremely mad at me and won't talk to me.
And I have one of those, "what have I done?" moments, feel really guilty, and wake up... it's fucking weird and I keep having that dream.

I don't feel depressed or mad at the friend I fought in the dream while awake.
