Dream interpretation.. HIT BY A CAR??

HI!... yesterday i had a dream that I was with my younger brother in a parking lot and I was hit by a car. The dream was so vivid and the pain too!!.. I had a really big open wound on my (i believe it was the right) leg..it was all red and bleeding. I remember telling my brother to call 911 and then thinking that I wasn't going to be able to go to work tomorrow and I would have to let my boss know. Can anybody help me with this?? Thank you!!

Ps: I had a bit of an argument yesterday with my boyfriend and I wasn't feeling particularly happy when I went to sleep, but I don't know if my dream could have anything to do with this.. thanks in advance!
