I need a dream interpretation, please? I was eating cabbage?

I had a dream I was eating breakfast with my ex of 4 years. He had ordered food for us, but I didn't know what he had ordered for me. When our food came, he got a donut, while I got CABBAGE...with syrup? I was really upset in my dream because I really wanted a donut, not cabbage for breakfast! It was so strange. What does this mean?
Some background info: He has gotten in touch with me recently after a year, but I have absolutely no plans to take him back.
