The way I see it is this - Your at a stage in your life where something big is about to happen in either your love life or your looks. If your single maybe your gonna meet someone or get the person you want, and as for your looks you might descide you want to change something about your looks, like your hair etc.Your feeling creative at the moment, so you might wanna make something, draw something, whatever your into, but you have to realise that you gotta work hard on it to make it look great and work out the way you want it to.Dont be scared of doing/saying/wearing what you want to.Think about what you want/dream of in life but dont worry too much about it, because it'll become obvious what you need to do to make those dreams happen later on.Thats what I get from it anyways!
