years ago, I dreamed I was rolling straight down a hill in a car backwards..and I couldnt get control of the car....I was flying right into black wrought iron gates,,,,I thought I started throwing clusters of grapes at the gates to slow me down..and just when I was about to crash through them, the car stopped and I was able to drive away.oh and there were ppl screaming on the other side of the gate...The reason I posted this here was to get a christian response.. the dream board seems to rely on books for interpretation...thanks

As a Christian, I don't place great meaning in dreams. If I did, I'd be horrified because of some of my old ones.I tend to believe that we process our problems in our dreams--our fears and concerns. And we achieve some kind of resolution this way. In your dream, the car stopped in time. This was a type of resolution of something going on in your life which you felt no control over.

Hopefully God is not telling you that you may try to solve a sin problem in a minor way. The people on the other side could have been hurt if the car had continued, so God must have intervened. So maybe the Lord is telling you to put your trust in Him as some problems are just too big for us.. in fact, many are. You tossed grapes? these metaphors could mean a number of things. my interpretation would be: you felt your life was out of control and or going now where, despite your best (strangest) efforts of using grapes for brakes. the people on the other side of the gate could represent a place or time where you do not desire to be. were you driving or a passsenger? just curious.
